About Me

Hello! I’m currently on an exciting journey across the US with my mom, exploring the diverse cities and states this beautiful country has to offer. Along the way, my mom showcases her culinary skills by cooking delicious meals, while I keep busy by fixing phones. This unique combination allows us to support our travels and immerse ourselves in different cultures. We’re passionate about meeting new people and sharing stories, so we’re looking forward to connecting with hosts who are open to making new friends and exchanging experiences!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

No hotel could ever match the wealth of friends and experiences I’ve gained through Couchsurfing. It’s a unique experience, My mom and I joined Couchsurfing to make new friends and create lasting memories. We love meeting people from different backgrounds and sharing stories. We’re excited to connect with hosts and fellow travelers who enjoy exploring and cultural exchanges just as much as we do.

Interests

I have a deep passion for the outdoors and the beauty it offers. I love swimming and exploring the vibrant life under the sea, as well as hiking through tranquil natural landscapes. Culinary experiences are another joy of mine, especially from the Mediterranean kitchen—I enjoy both cooking these flavorful dishes and tasting them! Besides my culinary interests, I have a knack for fixing things. Repairing phones is just one of my many handy skills, allowing me to solve problems and help others stay connected.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I’ve accomplished is pivoting from being a business owner to fulfilling my family’s dreams. I previously owned two phone stores in Marina del Rey and Santa Monica, California. However, I decided to close these stores to honor both of my parents’ aspirations. My father’s dream was to travel the world, a dream left unfulfilled due to his passing. Now, I’m making that dream a reality alongside my mother, who also shares a passion for travel and making new friends. Together, we are exploring the world, connecting with new people, and creating memories that honor my father’s legacy.

This version honors both of your parents’ dreams while explaining your profound motivation for traveling.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I can teach basic phone repair and troubleshooting, which can be handy for fellow travelers. My mom is a fantastic cook and loves sharing her Mediterranean recipes.

Learn: We’re always eager to learn new cooking techniques and local secrets about the places we visit. We’re also interested in any tech skills or gadgets that can enhance our travel experience.

Share: We love sharing stories from our travels, and my mom enjoys cooking meals for our hosts. I can also help fix electronic devices, offering a practical hand whenever needed.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My mom and I love to bring a slice of our home to every place we visit. We enjoy preparing Mediterranean dishes for our hosts, sharing the warmth of our culinary traditions. I can also offer practical help by fixing electronic devices, like smartphones, which might be helpful around the house. Plus, we’re always ready to share exciting stories and insights from our travels, hoping to add a little extra joy and knowledge to the household.
