I am a lover of life and beautiful and pure spirit. I am an educator of divine embodiment through movement and voice. I love to be connected to nature and beauty of the elements ~ they have been some of my greatest teachers along my spiritual awakening journey.

I absolutely love to play, laugh and have fun. I feel if life is getting too serious then a silly joke or expressing gratitude can lighten things up.

I love to improvise in music and dance, aka JAM!!! And I just got a loop station, so if you're a musician we can definitely have some fun that way!

I love Ecstatic dance, 5Rhythms & Contact Improv because they are environments that allow people to come together and play without words. Although, I do love me some good word-play in an improv class or just some good old human banter.
