Who I Am

Hello guys of the community, I hope you are doing great....

My name is Angie Michelie, I'm 19 years old, and I've been in the UK for 6 months learning English, it's been one of the best experiences I've had in my life, not only because it's my first trip alone, or because it was a dream come true, but also because I met wonderful people, culture, people, experience, it's also an inner journey.

I graduated from school in 2022, I am looking for my passion, I want to find that spark, and that is why I am here on this platform, I want to continue connecting through landscapes that my eyes have not seen, and connecting with people just as magical to that emotion, I would love to meet you, I would love to contact you, and the truth grow from your experiences...

After graduating, I took a first aid course and then studied finance at an institute, where I completed an internship at a bank. During my internship, I realized the needs of deaf people and decided to become a Colombian sign language interpreter. I’m still in the process, and it has been one of the best decisions of my life.

However, after finishing my internship, I wanted more. I didn’t want to spend my whole life in an office, especially not in a bank. I wanted to explore the world, understand myself better, and make a mark. That’s why, at 18, I decided to travel alone to London to discover myself and improve my English, which is essential.

I’m someone who always wants a little more, especially when it comes to learning and helping others. I believe that friends, good company, and great stories can change a journey. I would love to show you a bit of who I am—someone who loves to write, play any instrument, try any crazy and exciting plan, listen, and help. I truly love living, and even though existing can be tough sometimes, there are always laughs, and that’s what I love the most.
