Hey, I’m Gösta, new here to couchsurfing!
I am traveling Australia on a working holiday visa. I went traveling for the first time to south America with a friend in 2022 and fell in love with it, so now im trying it out solo!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I wanna meet people with the same mindset. And im going to stay in Australia for atleast one year hopefully, would be nice with some new friends to go exploring with!

Interests

I love hiking and overall and just overall exploring whether it’s in a city or in nature. I like to try and push myself in to try new things aswell!

Music, Movies, and Books

If i’m not doing anything special, im probably listening to music, I listen to almost everything from jazz to hip hop to rock and everything in between, depends on the vibe of the day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went backpacking in south America for 8 months, best time of my life!
And the highlights are toooo many, would happily talk about it!
But top three would be:
-Hiking the Salkantay trek to machu picchu
-climbing hyuna potosi in Bolivia
-saltfalts in bolivia

Teach, Learn, Share

Trying to improve myself a little bit everyday, I find this is easier when understanding other people’s perspective’s
And also I did learn some BASIC Spanish whilst traveling South American been a long time since i spoke it but it would be nice refresh it!

What I Can Share with Hosts
