I am a young man with a passion for exploring new places and meeting diverse cultures and people. While I find it hard to pinpoint what exactly defines me, I am incredibly passionate about my interests. I have a positive outlook on life and always try to see the good in everything and everyone around me. You'll often find me with a smile on my face, even when I get lost in my thoughts.

Though traveling or being alone can sometimes be daunting, it hasn’t stopped me from embracing new adventures. I am an avid fan of anime, manga, video games, and both Korean and English pop music. Dancing is one of my favorite activities, and I enjoy all types of music.

My friends often say that I take on a fatherly or older brother role, especially with those who are younger. I am a huge fan of science fiction, action, and superhero genres in books, novels, and series. Cooking is another passion of mine, and I take great pleasure in preparing meals for others. I also enjoy talking and sharing stories.

Writing is one of my greatest loves, and my dream job would be to become a writer in a small city. I would love to teach math classes in the morning, as I have a degree in Mathematics, and spend my afternoons gardening and writing stories that captivate readers. One of my biggest wishes is to visit a large or famous library and buy a book by my favorite author.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined this app because traveling alone can sometimes be a bit daunting, and it's wonderful to have someone to chat with and discuss the day's experiences. It's also helpful to get a local's perspective on what the city is like. This is my first time using the app, but on my previous trips, I've always sought out places where I can stay with other people.

Perhaps it's because I've always had many people around at home that I feel safer and more comfortable in shared spaces. Even if it means occasionally sacrificing some personal space, knowing there's someone else around, even if we don't talk much, provides a sense of companionship and security.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've experienced the beauty of watching the sunrise from a beach and the excitement of seeing the dawn at a party. I've had the honor of cooking for a wedding, traveled solo through several cities, and made friends at first sight.

One of my best moments was when I did summer work in the United States and every day I met new people from different countries who told me their stories and taught me words in their different languages.

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy teaching about the things I'm passionate about, such as cooking, mathematics, anime, dance, and the culture of my country.

I love learning new recipes for traditional dishes from the places I visit, picking up words from both familiar and unfamiliar languages, and understanding different perspectives and ways of doing things. I am always excited to discover new dance moves or explore new genres of music and artists.

I relish the opportunity to share my experiences, thoughts, and anecdotes about the incredible journey I've been on so far.
