Hey we are Carla and Lea, we met during an Erasmus semester on Svalbard and since then enjoy traveling and hanging out together. We both like the outdoors, getting out into nature and meeting like-minded people

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

We like to meet local people and see the places we visit from their perspective instead from only running from one tourist attraction to the next… it’s just the best way to experience places for real and to learn and experience different cultures!

We have used couchsurfing separately before, Lea has mainly travelled Saudi Arabia and planned whole trips with people she met here and Carla travelled a lot in Scandinavia and Finland where she really enjoyed meeting locals, exchanging stories and making new friends

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

While living on Svalbard together, a new ice cave broke open in a glacier in the surrounding. It only existed for a few weeks and was one one of the most beautiful things we ever saw
