We are Helena and Aldara, two young girls, we've met during a volunteering mission we've found thanks to Workaway where we've became friends. Now we're still undergoing the end of the mission until the end of June.

The mission is based on the French Riviera and we work together as enterteiners with teenagers in a language academy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We've been living really close to Italy (on the French Riviera) for 5 months during our Workaway mission. Along this stay, we've got the chance to visit near cities in Italy such as Sanremo, and we've totally falled in love with the country, the people, the language...

Now we're about to finish our mission, but before returning home we'd like to explore a new city and we've chosen Genova!

Helena: I love the music from all over the world and I all kind of genres, regarding films and books, I prefer comedies and love stories.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Aldara:
I'm passionate about dreams and I've been writing a dreaming journal for 6 years, and I manage to have lucid dreams once per month.

Helena:
I'm a courius soul and that's why I love travelling on my own and I did my first trips by myself at the age of 16 years old and then I went to live and work in Canada for 4 moths at the age of 18.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Aldara:
I'm passionate about languages and I've got studies and some experience related, so I could teach or help to improve Spanish, French or English. I'm also good with kids and teenagers and I love cats and dogs and could take care of them if necessary.

Helena:
I love having deep conversations about life . I'm easy going and open-minded and I really love sharing time with people, getting to know them, listening to their stories and trying to help the best I can with my interpersonal skills. I feel fulfilled when I create bonds with people and I can help them.
