About Me
Hi, I’m Jyothis Jeen! I’m 35 years old and based in Kochi, Kerala. Traveling is my passion, and I’ve been lucky to explore amazing places across the USA and Europe. Through my adventures, I got to know about Couchsurfing and loved the idea of connecting with fellow travelers. That’s when I thought, “Why not be a host myself?”
When I’m free, I’d be happy to show you some cool places around Kochi and nearby areas in Kerala. From the tranquil backwaters to vibrant local culture, there’s so much to discover here, and I’d love to help you experience it.
I’m currently single and enjoy meaningful conversations, cultural exchanges, and meeting new people from around the world. Hosting is my way of giving back to the travel community that has given me so many unforgettable experiences.
Looking forward to welcoming you to my home and making your stay in Kerala special!

Music, Movies, and Books
I absolutely love music—it’s always playing when I drive or travel. I enjoy a mix of Malayalam songs from my 20s, as well as trending pop and the latest hits. My taste in movies leans toward fiction and science-based genres that spark curiosity and imagination.
As for books, I have a habit of buying them but rarely finishing them—something I find both funny and relatable! Still, I enjoy exploring new ideas and perspectives whenever I pick one up.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I recently visited Zakopane, Poland 🇵🇱, and hiked to Morskie Oko, one of the most breathtaking places I’ve ever seen. I stayed with a host near the area and decided to take on the challenge of the hike. It was a 9 km walk one way, making it a total of 18 km up and down, and I’m proud to say I pushed myself to complete it!
The journey was incredible, surrounded by stunning landscapes and crisp mountain air. Reaching the lake after the long hike felt like an achievement, and the view was absolutely worth it. It’s one of the most memorable and amazing things I’ve done recently!
Teach, Learn, Share
I’d love to share my experiences, both from my work and my travels. Whether it’s tips about navigating new places or insights from my professional journey, I’m always happy to have meaningful conversations and exchange ideas.
At the same time, I’m eager to learn about new cultures, perspectives, and anything you’re passionate about. Every interaction is an opportunity to grow and create lasting memories!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I live in a tenant apartment in Kochi with two bedrooms, and I’m happy to share one bedroom with an attached bathroom. You’re welcome to use my kitchen and fridge as well (though I’m not a daily cook, there’s usually something in the kitchen). There’s also a small living room where you can relax and unwind. I aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible while you explore Kochi!
