Hello! I’m Gabriel, 23 years old, originally from Augsburg, Germany, and currently spending six months in Nancy. I’m studying French and Spanish.

I consider myself easygoing, friendly, and adaptable. Tolerance and respect for diverse lifestyles are important to me because, at the end of the day, traveling is about fostering understanding and connection.

What I really appreciate about Couchsurfing is how it breaks down barriers between travelers and locals. This allows me to engage with people in the area and experience the culture in a truly authentic way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I’m a huge fan of indie music, but I also love discovering new artists from different languages and genres. There’s just so much great music out there that I cant’limit myself to one style or artist!

When it comes to films, The Shawshank Redemption and Django Unchained are definitely at the top of my list. The Harry Potter saga also played a big role in my childhood, both the books and the movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- I had the opportunity to be part of the audience for a live show about Spanish football.

-During a hospital visit, I received an coincidental invitation from someone to join a sailing tour
