Hello everyone, I'm Camilo Ortiz, pastry chef and chocolate taster.

I've recently arrived in Colombia after living 7 years abroad. Now, I'd like to share my space with other travelers not only to give back what others have given me in other countries, but also because I've met amazing people through this community with whom I keep a good friendship and communication.

Currently, I live with my parents and I'm only studying French (if you speak French, I'd love to practice conversation) and not working, so I have time in the afternoons and weekends.
My purpose is to share stories with other travellers .

I'm passionate about chocolate and fruits and like to read and write about food systems, sociology, and spirituality. I like writing poems, and now I'm focused on making a family cookbook.

I'm a practitioner of ancestral medicines like huachuma, yage(Ayahuasca), psilocybin mushrooms, changa, etc...

I like attending events and being part of the city where I live to create community and get to know the space I inhabit from other perspectives.

Since I was a child, I've been able to practice many sports, and I'm currently practicing tennis, cycling, and swimming.

My philosophy is simple: TO SERVE, SERVE. Basically, life is lived in community and only gains more meaning if you put your gifts and talents at the service of others.

I'm kind of foodie but don't get confuse, i can have any gastronomíc experience and i dont will Score if Its better or worst, just different.
