I live by the name Tony. It’s a name I carry in honor of my grandfather. For me, it represents living with true love. Something he embodied in a very simple, genuine way. I try to bring that same warmth and openness into the way I travel, work, and connect with people

I’m a psychomotor therapist who accidentally turned life into a three-year ongoing journey. Somewhere along the way I stopped asking, “What should I do?” and started asking, “What feels alive?”

For the past three years I’ve been traveling - slowly, curiously, sometimes chaotically - learning how to actually enjoy life instead of rushing through it. I’ve been collecting moments more than plans. I’m deeply interested in what moves people.
I love observing how we humans work: how we connect, how we protect ourselves, how we open up. Traveling has been my biggest teacher. It keeps humbling me, stretching me, softening me.

Mostly, I’m someone who is practicing being alive.
And enjoying it.

Because connection is the whole point.
Hotels are comfortable, but they don’t laugh with you in the kitchen at midnight. They don’t tell you stories about their grandmother or their first heartbreak or their favorite hidden beach.
Couchsurfing feels like trust. Like shared humanity. Like reminding each other that the world is mostly kind.
I’m here for the real experience - the imperfect, spontaneous, heartwarming one.

Confession: I haven’t read a lot of books or watched many movies. I have dyslexia and a pretty rebellious relationship with conventional learning. It just takes me more time.

But, I love learning.
Give me a documentary and I’m all ears. Hand me a book and I’ll take my sweet time with it. Tell me about something that changed your perspective and I’ll listen like it’s treasure.
I especially love sharing this time with people; watching something together, discussing it, pausing, reflecting. Learning feels better when it’s shared.

Honestly, when you think about it h being alive is wildly improbable and incredibly beautiful. I’ve survived awkward phases, wrong turns, heartbreaks, lost buses, questionable haircuts, and still… here I am.
And that feels pretty amazing.

As a psychomotor therapist, I can share things about body awareness, movement, nervous systems, emotional regulation; but in a very human, practical way. No whiteboard needed.

I can share yoga, breathwork, stretches after long travel days, or just a grounded presence and a listening ear.
