Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy various types of music, books, and movies, it really depends on my mood. Sometimes I’m drawn to calming acoustic/classic music, inspiring books, or feel-good movies, while other times I prefer upbeat tunes, novels, or thought provoking films.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I’ve done was when I helped people in my community, particularly individuals with disabilities and survivors of gender-based violence, to gain access to mental health literacy and psychosocial support. Through an organization I founded and my professional work, I’ve been able to provide not just resources and guidance, but also a safe space where they feel heard and understood. Sitting with them as a compassionate listener and helping them rebuild hope has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.
