Hi, my name is Abigail and I am a psychology student. I am passionate about mental wellness, education and community growth, as well as exploring different ways of thinking, immersing myself in new cultures and enriching myself by sharing stories and experiences. I believe that every encounter with someone new is an opportunity to learn something different, whether it's about their history, worldview or traditions.

In addition to my interest in psychology, I practice judo, a sport that not only keeps me active, but also motivates me to constantly improve. I love the combination of technique and strategy it requires, as well as the feeling of progressing with each training session. I am always looking to improve my skills and learn more about the sport. I consider myself a curious person and open to new experiences. I enjoy conversations about social issues, science and education, as well as the little stories of everyday life. I believe that the best way to grow is through the exchange of ideas and genuine connection with others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of connecting with people from different places and learning from their customs and ways of life. Travel, for me, is not only about getting to know places, but also about meeting people and sharing authentic moments.
