We are originally from France (Annecy) and have been living in Quebec, Canada, for three years.
We both used to work in the catering industry.
Clément is a sous-chef in a 2-Michelin-star restaurant, and I’m a Maître D’.
Last year (2025), we travelled through South America: Brazil, Argentina (with my mom), Bolivia, Peru, and Colombia.
Our new adventure for 2026: a Working Holiday Visa, spending one or two years in Australia!
