At the beginning of 2025, I sublet my room, packed my backpack, and set off on a journey that I plan to continue for a year, to seek adventure, engage volunteer work or work as a carpenter and meet inspiring people from around the world.

Edit: after one year of travelling I'm still one the road, not planning to stop it soon. Amazing experiences I made and inspiring people I met while hitchhiking around the Balkans and doing different kind of volunteer work, makes me want to continue travelling east, all the way through central Asia in 2026 after spending the winter in Georgia.

Interests

I love the outdoors! Hiking through the nature, setting up camp in the middle of nowhere or sleeping in abandoned places, long nights with friends at the campfire and of course rock climbing, is what keeps me alive.

I also like, live music in a pub, meeting new people on a night out and exploring subcultures and big city live in general, but only for a month until I get overwhelmed :)

In Turkey I learned how to make Menemen (the best breakfast in the world).

I'm willing to share that skill and make some amazing food in the morning for my couch host.
