My name is Anouk Krämer. I'm born and living in Leipzig. I'm a realistic optimist and I love nearly everything. Beneath others, I love to travel and get to know the world. It's such a big world with so many places to discover. No place that isn't worth it to be visited. But besides travelling, there are tons of other things I love to do.

Unfortunately I can't host anyone at the moment, as my living space isn't providing the required and appropriate space to host a surfer, but I will as soon as the space is given.(:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To have the possibility to get to know the world. Not only the places as a tourist, but also the people and the way of living and being at the places. Getting to know a place and its people enables one to really get to know the world. In addition couchsurfing allows people to continue travelling even without the financial resources, as you can travel on a low budget, so you can discover without being limited by money. To make great experiences, meet different people and see different places.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to do all three of them. Reading, watching Movies and Series and listening to music. About music I have to say, that I listen to a lot of music, but I'm neither a big specialist nor do I have a specific direction or genre that I'm listening to. I like nearly all of it.

Reading is a big passion of mine and even though I mostly read Fantasy I'm also interested in all the other great genres. In my childhood I read books such as Oskar Pollock, Harry Potter, Warrior Cats, Lord of the rings, etc. later than Throne of Glass, Game of Thrones, Izara, ACOTAR etc. but as I said I'm also a huge fan of all the other genres as I loved f.e. Thirteen, in the shadow of the banyan tree, Corpus Delicti, Sherlock Holmes only to name a few.

Last but not least the world of Cinema. I really love this one as well. I watched a lot of movies and series but still far away from enough. I'm really trying to get into the classics, but I'm unfortunately lacking time.

My watching and reading list is long and I'm looking forward to add even more to it:)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hundreds of things. Starting with the great experiences while travelling. I hiked to Greece. I spent several months in Reunion as an exchange when I was 14. I travelled through France with a horse-drawn carriage. Slept in caves and celebrated my birthday nearly always abroad as it is in the summer holidays. And of course all the other travels were great experiences as well, but I'm only naming a few of the big ones. But I have to say the big ones are such as great as all the small great things I experienced or saw...(:
