Music, animals, meeting new people, learn about different cultures.

I like all kinds of music—from cumbia, rock, indie, to salsa. I think we Latin Americans have the ability to enjoy different rhythms and really take in each style. And we always have a great time doing it. However, that doesn't mean I'm a good dancer.

I love going out for walks. Lima is one of the few capital cities on the coast, and I live very close to the beach, so I can walk and watch the sunset every day. It's something I really enjoy, and I also love walking at night. I think it's a huge pleasure and privilege to be able to enjoy nature.

I like learning new things about different places, especially about history and geography. It's very common that when I go on YouTube, I always get recommendations for documentaries about the history of different countries or customs from centuries ago. I listen to that while I’m at home, cooking or cleaning. It’s something I enjoy learning about, and I think I’ll always remember bits of those.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Stop talking for 10 days to meditation since 4am, without phone, tv, computers, without any kind of connection.

When I went on this meditation retreat, the most incredible thing—well, it was incredible for me because I had never meditated in my life. So doing it every day, all the time, for so many days in a row, was a very intense experience. It was demanding emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and also physically, because your body really hurts.

It's incredible to realize how much information crosses our minds at every moment, and how we’re almost never aware of it. That, for me, was a huge discovery—and actually, now I'm studying neuro-linguistic programming.

I can also cook some Peruvian food, if we’re able to find the ingredients in the city I’m in. Peru is one of the world’s gastronomic capitals. I’m not an excellent cook, but I’ll do my best.
