About Me

Hi, I'm Estefanny but everyone calls me Tyf. :3

I'm a life enthusiast who is always looking for new experiences. Currently I am 22 years old, Mexican and vegan at heart, I believe faithfully that we must share everything we can because we will always leave a piece of ourselves in the hearts of others. I seek to be a nice memory, as well as to find beautiful experiences and anecdotes for life.

Besides the fact that I love to be on the move, chances are if you're wondering what I'm doing, it's probably some kind of activity that involves exercise.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that the best way to grow is to surround yourself with people who can contribute to you and also have something to contribute to them. I have always loved to go in search of more even if it is only on my own, however, I immensely enjoy being able to share this with more people, as one of the ways I am most happy is to feel that I am surrounded by those with a friendly, warm and kind vibe like mine.

I wish to go and see all the beautiful places that life has to offer, as well as to be able to be guided by people who already know these places.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love rock, indie, pop and classics, and as a good Mexican I really enjoy those sounds that are happy like mariachi and banda. I am open to listen to as much music as possible.

About films I've always believed that horror is at its best, even that horror of films with realistic and not merely happy endings.

I love to read, nowadays I carry the classics with me, for example, the adventures of Tom Sayer or King Lear.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It has certainly been crossing the entire ocean to take on a new continent on my own, in addition to the marathons I've run and getting involved in teaching research to continue contributing to society.

Teach, Learn, Share

Since I was a child I have been involved in cooking, so I could easily show you how to prepare typical dishes such as tamales, enchiladas, sopitos, mole, tortillas and make good hot sauces. Even anything that is dessert because I always desire something sweet after a meal.

During the pandemic I learned to knit, embroider and sew, so making clothes and transmitting my style through it is something I can share.

I'd love to continue practising and learning more languages, so I would always be available to help you to learn Spanish.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can transmit an atmosphere of peace and communication, I can help with whatever they need and I can share everything about my culture.
