About Me

My name is Mo’men Al-Nawafleh. I come from the heart of southern Jordan .the magical city of Petra, one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

I’m a traveler at heart, driven by a deep love for adventure, exploration, and the thrill of discovering new places and cultures. My journey began in the rose-red city carved in stone, and ever since, I’ve been chasing stories in deserts, mountains, and beyond.

Life for me is not about routine it’s about moments that take your breath away, friendships born under starlit skies, and finding beauty in the unknown.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I don’t want to just visit places — I want to connect with people. Couchsurfing allows me to experience the real soul of each city through its locals, and I hope I can offer the same in return when people visit my home in Petra

Interests

Adventure, storytelling, hiking, camping under the stars, photography, cultural exchange, coffee-making, and finding beauty in the simple things. I’m drawn to people and places that have depth

Music, Movies, and Books

I love traditional Bedouin music as much as I enjoy world music from different cultures. I’m into documentaries, especially about nature and history. As for books, anything that feeds the soul from poetry to philosophy has a place on my shelf

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once spent five nights under the stars in the heart of Wadi Rum desert, completely disconnected from the modern world no phone, no internet, just the silence of the desert and the magic of the universe above me. It changed how I see life

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to brew Bedouin coffee the traditional way or how to read the stars like the desert people do. I’m always eager to learn about different cultures, languages, and how people see the world. I believe in shared stories and open hearts

What I Can Share with Hosts

My stories, my smile, and a good Bedouin meal if you like! I can also help with photography, share travel tips, or simply be a respectful, positive guest who’s happy to connect

Countries I’ve Visited

Algeria, Armenia, Bahrain, Egypt, France, Indonesia, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom
