Hi! I’m Adlet from Kazakhstan 🇰🇿
I’m 28 years old, currently living and working in Atyrau. I’m an English teacher, personal growth enthusiast, and martial arts practitioner.

I love meeting new people, learning about different cultures, and sharing positive energy. I believe that kindness, curiosity, and respect can open any door.

In daily life, I try to live intentionally — balancing work, sports, spirituality, and meaningful conversations. I’m currently running English language courses, training to be a coach, and developing myself through reading, travel, and connecting with inspiring people.

I enjoy cold showers in the morning, good books, deep talks, and honest laughter. I’m also into MMA and Arabic studies, and always open to new experiences.
