About Me

I’m an extroverted person who loves to talk, socialize, and meet new people and cultures. I enjoy going to parties and having fun, but I also deeply value spending quality time with my family. I’m curious, open-minded, and always excited to try new things, believing that every experience is an opportunity to grow and create unforgettable memories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m doing a Work and Travel program, and I’ll be living for four months in Big Bear Lake, California, working at a souvenir shop. During my time in the U.S., I want to explore more of the country and experience different cities in California, especially Los Angeles, since it’s only about two hours away from where I’ll be staying. I also plan to visit New York, as it’s been a dream of mine for years. Couchsurfing is the perfect way for me to meet local people, share stories, and get authentic tips to make the most of these experiences.

Interests

Beyond my academic life, I enjoy activities that nurture my creativity and balance. Reading science fiction is one of my passions, as it challenges me to imagine new realities and reflect on ethical and social issues from innovative perspectives. I also maintain the habit of writing in my journal, which helps me organize my thoughts, record ideas, and develop my writing skills. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, a sport that provides me not only with physical fitness but also with discipline, focus, and enjoyment

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m a Law student in my 8th semester, almost graduating, but before starting my career I want to travel and enjoy my youth by having experiences outside my comfort zone. I believe exploring new places, meeting people from different cultures, and stepping into unfamiliar situations will help me grow personally and professionally.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’m really excited to stay with you and experience life in a new place. I’d love to share a bit about myself so you can get to know me better — I’m from Brazil, I study Law, and I’m passionate about learning new cultures. In my free time, I enjoy reading science fiction, writing in my journal, and playing tennis. I’m an easygoing and respectful person, and I’m looking forward to exchanging experiences, sharing stories from my country, and hopefully learning more about your culture and daily life
