I’m Shingo, born and raised in Osaka, Japan — a chef whose brain is filled with nothing but food. 😆

I’ve been working as a Japanese chef for 6 years, including as the second-in-command at a Michelin one-star restaurant, constantly sharpening my skills.

But I wanted to expand my horizons beyond Japanese cuisine and dive deeper into the amazing, diverse world of food. That’s why I jumped all the way to Spain!

The only reason I’m here is love — love for cooking itself. That’s what keeps me in Spain, cooking with all my heart!
