I’ve recently started truly living;exploring, experiencing, and seeing the world with fresh eyes. I love being outdoors, moving ( at my own pace while working on improving my fitness level), discovering new places, and having meaningful, real conversations ( English is my second language so sometimes its a little challenging to express my mind but am always learning and improving).

I’m interested in non-toxic living and integrative medicine, and I like to use real-life experiences as a way to learn more about them.

I’m also on a personal health journey, learning to work with a sensitive and sometimes dysregulated nervous system, so I value calm environments, good energy, and respectful spaces.

I’m easygoing, clean, and mindful as a guest. I enjoy connection, but I also appreciate quiet and balance.

I am a Muslim, I don’t drink and have no interest in partying and night life.
