I’m originally from Japan, but I’ve just spent an amazing year in Finland on a Working Holiday visa until last December. Before heading back home, I’m traveling around Europe by train with a Eurail Pass. 🚂🇯🇵🇫🇮

For me, the best part of traveling is making friends with the people who live there. I'm more interested in getting a taste of the local lifestyle than just doing typical sightseeing.
During my stay in Finland, I absolutely fell in love with sauna culture and the beautiful nature. 🌲🧖‍♂️

I really enjoy cultural exchange and would love to share stories about Japanese culture and its philosophy. I’ve noticed many interesting (and sometimes funny!) differences between Japan, Finland, and other parts of Europe, and I’d love to discuss them with you! 🌍📖
