About Me
Hey, I’m Daksh!
I work at the intersection of tech and design, and I also organize meetups and communities around technology and shared learning. I enjoy building things, but just as much, I enjoy bringing people together and creating spaces for good conversations.
I like thinking, feeling, and writing about the human side of things. I read and write a lot around psychology, philosophy, and sociology, mostly trying to understand why we are the way we are. I play guitar (although not professionally) and music is how I slow my thoughts down.
I value meaningful conversations, shared moments, and connections that don’t need to be rushed. I’m easygoing, respectful, and genuinely curious about people and their stories!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing for meaningful connection, not transactions. I’m inspired by ideas around intentional living and deeper human relationships, especially from the Discover Connection YouTube channel. Their way of thinking resonated with me: slowing down, being present, and engaging with people beyond surface-level interactions.
For me, this isn’t about extracting value, favors, or money from people. It’s simply about sharing time, stories, and moments with others in a way that feels human and mutual, and that value is pretty much how I was raised
