Hello !

We are Léna and Elisa, a couple from Brittany, France.
We are 24 years old and will be travelling around both islands of New Zealand from January 12th to March 11th 2026.

We will be renting a car for our journey and starting and ending our adventure in Auckland.

We enjoy being outdoors, working with animals, learning practical skills, and getting to know our hosts.

We both work as seasonal workers, so we are used to adapting quickly to new environments and learning on the go.

We know a host usually offers just a place to sleep, but if we share a meal, Léna is vegetarian (not Elisa!). We love trying local food, so Léna can easily adapt by joining in, helping in the kitchen, or bringing a simple vegetarian dish to share. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We joined Couchsurfing because we want to travel differently: taking our time, discovering the local culture, and helping hosts in a wide range of projects if needed.
