Hi everyone!
We’re Arian (20) and Paula (21), a young couple from Međimurje, Croatia. We love traveling, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures in the most authentic way possible. For us, travel is about discovering new places, understanding different ways of life, and stepping outside our comfort zone.

Our goal is to travel to as many countries as we can and truly experience what makes each one unique. We’re open-minded, respectful, clean, and easygoing, and we always appreciate the opportunity to connect with locals while exploring a new destination. We’re excited to be part of the Couchsurfing community and can’t wait for the adventures ahead!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We’re on Couchsurfing because we want to visit as many places as possible and truly experience the culture of every country we travel to. For us, the best way to understand a place is through the people who live there. We’re excited to explore new destinations, learn about different lifestyles, and make every trip meaningful and memorable.

Interests

We’re really passionate about staying active and challenging ourselves. We’ve been going to the gym for the past 4 years, mainly focusing on powerlifting — it’s more than a hobby for us, it’s a true passion. We also love the outdoors — hiking in the mountains, nature walks, and sightseeing are some of our favorite ways to spend time.
Track and field is something Arian has been training in for the past 5 years, and he has had the opportunity to compete at international championships, which has been an amazing experience.
When it’s time to relax, we enjoy playing board games and trying out new and fun games in general.

Music, Movies, and Books

We enjoy watching anime and love learning about history through books. As for music, our favorite genre seems to change almost every week — we’re always discovering something new and keeping things interesting

Teach, Learn, Share

We’re excited to learn about the cultures of the countries we visit and understand the history behind them. Discovering how traditions were shaped and what makes each place unique is something we truly value and enjoy.
