ABOUT ME

We are both cabinet-makers, and have a shop at home. We do custom work. If you haven't already guessed, our main fun is biking, all kinds. We love to tour, mt. bike and do a lot of road biking. We also like to hike, and live in the perfect place for it.

PHILOSOPHY

I have never found anyone I couldn't get along with, and am not easily offended. I don't want to limit myself to only meeting certain types of people. My life philosophy is to always do what is right.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I recently chased down a couple who were bike touring past our house and invited them to stay with us. We enjoyed getting to know them, and enjoyed fixing them a nice hot meal.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I see something amazing almost every day, pine needles sparkling with snow, sun rising through mist. Once we were hiking a high pass and saw a spire the size of a 20 story building collapse into the valley.

I am beginning to learn wild mushrooming, and would love to learn more. I love bird-watching, and would love to learn and teach about birds. Neil is great at bike mechanic stuff, and could teach and learn.
