Rick and myself have been living in LA for 2006 and have just returned to Melbourne.His kids and my daughter live here and my son is in China at the moment. I am currently looking for a job and wehope to find somewhere to live soon. When we do, we will offer a couch again.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At this point it is completely new to me so I havent had a chance to do anything. However, word of mouth is a powerful thing and Im sure good at a bit of chat.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Actually none! However I have been in SERVAS for 15 years. I host travellers in Australia and travel staying in peoples homes, alone and with family.

I love most music, true adventure stories, biographies. One of the last films I saw was 'Babel' that was well made.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been a mother for 23years. And have seen my kids grow into truly awesome people. Rick is also a Dad to two boys and I am impressed with what he does.
There's other stuff but that's what matters.

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak a little Spanish. I can teach people to cook some 'secret' recipes. Rick is Italian & does a great Risotto! Rick can fix anything. We are pretty good listeners & very good at sharing a bottle of vino!
