ABOUT ME

Hello all. I like stuff. Stuff that's cute and kawaii but also stuff that is dark and scary. I could describe myself as cute but dark too...
I have just had my dreadlocks cut out and now have short hair, lots of peircings and two tattoos. I think I've grown out of getting any more but sometimes I just have to go with the urge to get something done - huge adrenaline rush!I'm outgoing, eccentric, alternative, easy-going, gummy, funny, unstable, strange, mibby, personable, good at making lists and using adjectives (real and imaginary) in a succinct and engaging way...

At the moment I am an admin assistant at Exeter Academy of Music and Sound which is great fun. I also write for Designer Punk online - a music site I do gig reviews, album reviews and blogs for www.designerpunk.com, myspace.com/designer_punk

PHILOSOPHY

Looking strange isn't wrong. Eat, drink and be merry. Smoke cigarettes if you want to. Listen to loud music if you want to. What goes around, comes around. Honesty and loyalty are important qualities in a friend/significant other. Celebrities suck. Fakeness sucks. Smalltalk sucks.

Interests

I love music that no-one's ever heard of-live gigs and listening to CDs, watching my favourite bands with my boyfriend and getting lost in the music, being around friends, intelligent conversation - no tabloid or Hello! magazine crap here - I basically hate that shit SOOO much... I do like:- good tattoos and peircings,singing anything that I feel like in any place, watching Japanese Anime that blows your mind, kawaii tat (kitsch items that I know are shit but I have to buy them anyway because they're SOOOO cute!), useless action figures from charity shops that I feel sorry for and buy out of pity for their imagined feelings, reading non-fiction to see what's going on in the world, people who can beatbox - one question...HOW?, viewing good art that I think is good, seeing the sun in the morning on a cold, clear day, eating cheese and watching films, hearing the birds sing in the middle of the night, falling into the wind when it's really strong.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sang in a 60-member choir in front of 500 people! Made 2 feature-length films in 2 weeks. I make amazing spaghetti bolognase too.
