Make the most of my year off. I've taken one year from my business as a life coach to travel, have a laugh and have new experiences.

ABOUT ME

I'm a 53 year old happy Life Coach. A granny too, to one beautiful little girl. Deciding that the time is now to live, I've taken a year out of my business to taste what life has to offer in terms of the bigger world. I'm a relaxed and easy going Irish woman who likes to walk. I love food, healthy stuff and also enjoy breaking out into choc and gooey desserts every so often. Blue skies and sunshine are so life giving I'm looking forward to some Australian sunshine. I want to experience how other people live and last year I spent 6 weeks in USA (my first time) on retreat and a vision quest there. I got a real kick out of it and now I'm ready for more. I'd love to stay with you if you're interested in any of the above and spirituality and the deeper meaning of life and living.

PHILOSOPHY

I live every day to be the best I can be constantly working towards developing myself more and more. This way I can be a resource for others on their own journey and learn and be inspired by the in return.

I don't know yet. This is my starting point. I'd like to experience it to see if I can participate in any way.

This is new to me. I've never come across it before.

Note I don't remember a lot of what I read. I enjoy it while I'm reading and move on.

I don't know about amazing. I've reinvented myself in my mid forties, leaving my permanent and pensionable to start my own business. Now in my early fifties, I've taken another risk and put my business on hold to enjoy richer and more adventurous experiences and see where it takes me.
