ABOUT ME

Hi! We are Ernest and Julie. Ernest is a former-artstudent at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy and nowadays works as a ui/ux designer. Julie studied public international at the University of Amsterdam and works as a freelance journalist. We share an appartement in the center of Leiden and live with our two cats.

We'd like to have a cup of coffee with you, hear your stories and show you around town.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No offical Couchsurfing.com experiences (yet!), but some off-record stayings include:
A three day trip to Paris, staying with a really nice couple and a sister of a friend and a short stay in Gent (Belgium). We also travel via Airbnb, through which we met really nice people in Paris, Lisbon and south Portugal.

Books: yes! Any kind. Julie loves reading fiction (contemporary literature mostly) as well as non-fiction, Ernest reads a lot about start-ups, founders at work, etc and comics.
