ABOUT ME

My travels have mostly been dictated by what climbing area was the coolest to go to.

I am 25. I love climbing, yoga, biking, and slacklining. I've never kayaked or surfed, but those are on the list.

The book Natural Capitalism has shaped the course of my education and career. I want to pursue sustainable business practices that provide positive returns without negative externalities (i.e. pollution.)

I am currently traveling to San Francisco (Sausalito actually) to purse an internship with the Natural Capital Institute.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a humanist.
I am an advocate of free markets, our market is anything but.
The UN has found the worlds most competitive economy, Finland, is the most egalitarian. That should change most outlooks that are selfish in nature to realizing that what is best for you will be best for everyone.

I enjoy debating ideas and looking for truth. I enjoy shared experience and thought.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a newbie to the couch surfing project. But my girlfriend suggested I check it out as my internship won't provide me nearly enough money to rent on my own.

I have hosted so many of my friends and been hosted by them. I plan on extending this to others when I have a place of my own.
