HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I simply look for as many opportunities as possible to meet other CSers wherever I am, even if I'm not actually hosting or surfing. Oh, and I tell people who have sail boats to sign up for CouchSurfing. CouchSailing anyone??

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Every encounter is a new opportunity to learn and share, and that has certainly been my experience thus far.

Traveling/other cultures/other ways of viewing this beautiful world, vegetarian/vegan cooking and macrobiotics, yoga, learning other languages and creating new things from old recycled materials. oh, and world peace.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

In Bolivia I watched an elderly woman climb up the side of a mountain in shoes that were falling apart, with a load of food bigger than herself tied to her back and no solid path to follow, just dirt and stones, to get to her house. And she did this EVERY day. I had a hard time doing it ONCE. Really makes you think about those little things we complain about...
