ABOUT ME

I joined this site this in 2007 (?) while on a bike trip from Vancouver down to the Mexico border. It was a life changing experience, I stayed with a bunch of people from CS, as well as managed to use MySpace for all the small towns. that and a few days of camping.

I run a web strategy and development company, #Briteweb.

I am also Executive Director of a huge one-night art show in Vancouver BC called The Cheaper Show.

I am also a musician, I make a wide array on sounds including art-rock, indy-rock, punk-metal, expiremental-jazz, hiphop and world stuff.

I listen to anything good. from classical and opera, to hardcore gangsta rap to willie nelson.

I like to party, meditate, read, listen to bands, drink wine (or vodka), have interesting conversation,nerd out on web strategy and design, exercise, be outdoors, try new things.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just joined and seek to connect with as many people as possible. I will be venturing out in to the world, and if/when I return I will open my doors to you.

UPDATE: my doors are open and I have had many wonderful guests so far! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While in Brazil I crashed at some amazing Brazilian peoples homes. Never anywhere else in the world have I encountered such warmth and hospitality.

Zahir (Paulo Coehlo) was the last novel I read. Currently I am obsessed with Rumi, and Hafiz, two amazing Sufi poets from the 11th and 12th centuries. I read these religiously everyday.

I like too much different music to list. For example today I listened to: Velvet Underground, Lil' Wayne, David Bowie, Andrew WK, and the Vienna Orchestra. get the idea? :)

survived this crazy world we live in. made it 1600 miles from Canada to Mexico on a mountain bike. couch surfed the whole way.. what an amazing blessing experience..
