ABOUT ME

After spending the majority of my life in Kansas I gave the big city (Chicago) a try over three years ago. While I'm a real goose for the movie offerings, curry availability and tea pimps, my typewriter aches for the open plains and sunsets without concrete. Most of my spare time is devoted to coming up with new yarns about midwestern life. To me, as a writer and enthusiast, there's such novelty attached to normalcy.

Interests

Bicycling, pants shopping, walking to the local juice store, feeding the cats, eating chia seeds like an Aztec, character sketches, tea, interviews, flossing, cleaning my glasses, chopping up garlic, reading my magazine subscriptions, folding my sweaters.
