I ran away to Costa Rica. In the last 6 months, I've watched my niece grow up, a family member pass, new friendships blossom, most of my belongings move into new homes and countless bright sunrises on the gulf.

I spent most of 2014 learning to dance in a community of movers. We swaggered and sauntered and slid all over the floor, laughing in a big heaps of camaraderie. I'm happiest when I dance each day. My favorite form is Contact Improvisation, and I love to share it.

I'm an avid yogi and an occasional yoga teacher. I love self care and often travel with my foam roller. I started a therapeutic bodywork practice in 2012, and now take my body love on the road.
