I joined the Couchsurfing community many years ago but never used it since i created my profile... since now ! That's why you can see that I'm a member since 2011 but never travelled nor had any review here.

Well, to sum up briefly : I'm a 29 yo french man, working as a doctor but currently enjoying the privilege of a sabbatical year, dedicated to relax, enjoy life, friends, family and ... travel ! When I travel abroad, meeting people and feeling the atmosphere of the place is more important to me than checking all the famous monuments.

I'm an easy going person, traveling sometimes alone, sometimes with my girlfriend, sometimes with friends. I like the unplanned, and getting off the tracks (well I know that must not sound original around here... :) )

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As I said, I created my account a long time ago but never got the occasion to really use it, as a guest or a host. New start from here : as we have a big appartment with a spare room, a lot of free time, and many travel plans, it seems like the good moment !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Zero for now, but I intent to change that soon. Though, I am familiar with the vibe of the community from my previous traveling experiences.

Interests

Well, I'm french, so I obviously like endless loud political discussions with my friends around a glass of wine, perhaps with a bit of cheese to eat. I like to read, watch movies, and series (yeah I know, not much original). I like to discover new cultures, cities, landscapes... And I like to learn from other people.
