About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to travel to new york city and see the south and south east while meeting local people and seeing local areas in every town we pass.

ABOUT ME

We are moving Thomas to New York to start his new adventure as a special education teacher in The Bronx. On our way we hope to stay with interesting individuals throughout the south. Despite our lifelong inhabitance of Texas, neither of us have ventured to the southeast, save airports and bus stops. We are both lovers of all things natural and are excited about swimming in every river, lake, and rain puddle we encounter.

PHILOSOPHY

meet people and see places. trying to make a difference in some matter. i really do not know my personal philosophy because i am so lost and confused about my surroundings and life in general.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: rad, blue crush, any and all bad movies( i love them so very much)
Music: i like good quality indie music because my friends do, but truly like radio pop hits much better.
Books: Another Country, The Devils Highway, The Botony of desire, the fever, culture of make believe, language older than words. i really can not say they are my favorite but instead just ones that i have read recently.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

hiked the durango silverton railroad track in some of the most deserted wilderness in the united states and only brought a jar of peanut butter, every thing else was eaten of the land

Teach, Learn, Share

just the idea of meeting people is so exciting and interesting that i can not even answer this question. We are both teachers by trade, but learners by choice.
