I have a long name thus also a lot of nick names: Minnie, Chip, Chippawa, Chris, Stiane, Stianchen...

I throw as many dinner parties, election nights, girls' nights, game nights as I possibly can

I wish I was better at learning new languages

I've been following Formula 1 racing for 10+ years

I'm fascinated by politics for all the wrong reasons

I take great joy in singing along to songs I don't understand

The Guardian Football Podcast is an integrated part of my going-to-sleep-routine ( - which is probably why I still don't know a lot about football)

I once made an animation movie

My television is called Darth Vader because it's big, black and shiny

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went to Bangalore and stayed with the lovely Mahtab for some days, met some wonderful people and had some fantastic evenings out with fellow CS'ers. I would like to pay back this amazing experience to others in the CS net work.

Interests

I'm interested in almost everything - travelling above all, of course! I love good food, dancing and reading.

Also: Music from all around the globe, enjoying the weather, and pointing out the oddities of the world.
