I want to see as many things as I can before I have to grow up and live a dead-serious life.

ABOUT ME

I'm a 23-year old guy from Denmark, who loves to see the world. People usually call me the globetrotter (especially my friends) when they find out that I just ran off to some country without any notice. I LOVE travelling. It's my life.

Currently life is in Copenhagen, Denmark where I study at CBS and work as a substitute teacher at a public school teaching children aged 6-16 and also at the after school day care connected to the school. I really love both of these jobs, as they give me a great freedom to work and study when I have time. I like to live a normal and very sudden life, where things just happen.
I have a lot of experience with foreigners. Besides talking to a lot of international people at the dorm i live in, I'm also part of a big International organization that runs three summer camps for gifted young people from all over the world. I'm the chairman of the Danish Alumni Association of this organization. Previously I have hosted a lot of international travellers in connection with the organization that I am a part of (George E. Jonas Foundation) but not in connection with CS unfortunately.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I am learning more about CS by travelling through Europe using only CS (at least I hope for this). When I move into a bigger appartment I will be able to host people again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am going on an interrail trip this summer (only using trains to go through Europe) and I am planning on meeting as many CS people as possible on the trip. I hope some people will be able to host me so I can see what life is really like in those countries.

Interests

I just love travelling and meeting new and interesting people from all over the world. I love languages, cultures, history, architecture and bars. Not a big fan of night clubs/discos.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled to the US with only 18 hours notice because I was cold at home. I ended up being there for 12 days in New York, Boston and Washington DC.
