Jen: Enjoys the outdoors, the beach, the mountains and any activity that goes along with both of those.

Nick: The two Fs. Football and Food. Ok, if beer started with an F, it would be the three Fs.

Nick is allergic to cats so if you have a cat, please tell us. Thanks in advance! We just have to organize some medicine and then Nick will be ok.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

No longer just Futon(s) and experiences to share. We actually have couches and a guest bedroom to share in the UAE. Long gone are the days of 1 bedroom Japanese apartments away from the city ( I think this turned potential surfers off).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've hosted many people in Abu Dhabi and Japan and we've been hosted a few times in Europe. The absolute best thing is to meet locals and live for a night or two through their eyes. See what they see. Hear the stories they share. Experience as a local. So far we have been lucky and privileged because we have had so many good times with so many people and it is truly a wonderful experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

SUP'ing down the white water on the River Simme in Switzerland, sunsets in the Bahamas, New Years in Sydney, Cherry blossoms in Tokyo, food in Malaysia and a sunrise on the top of Mt Fuji, staying in a castle in Scotland, camping on the beach in Oman, sky diving and bungee in NZ.....
