I am a globally working freelance business consultant focussing on strategy and business processes). Previously I have worked at McKinsey and Gemini Consulting.
I am an ecommerce specialist and Internet entrepreneur.
I have studied electrical engineering in Stuttgart/Germany and in Kitakyushu/Japan. I have made my doctorial thesis about the GPS-satellite navigation system.
I am a board member (former president) of the German Esperanto Association (1500 members in Germany).I am also a member of other international associations (American, Japanese, ...) and of several business associations (Toastmasters International, American Chamber of Commerce, ...).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would like to understand how the world ticks. I do this by trying to be like a local person.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I love my freedome as a self employed person to explore the world (I consider myself a word citizen). I have been to 52 countries (so far). My main home is in Stuttgart/ Germany, however during the cold German winter, I am regularily living in Sydney/Australia.
