ABOUT ME

We and a laid back fun loving couple who love to meet new people and hear about their views and experiences.
Nick works 9 - 5 weekdays and Lisa Studies at Newcastle University. We have two cats Pasha and Bebe one of which is long haired so watch out for those allergies. We live quite close to Newcastle city centre (30 min bus journey) and fairly close to other attractions such as the Angel of the North and Penshaw Monument.

We both enjoy reading and music. Nick plays the guitar and Lisa the piano. We join in Newcastles night life on odd weekends mainly local pubs and big meals out. We both love food in general, always knocking up a feast.

PHILOSOPHY

We are very laid back people who like to laugh drink and eat. We think life is there for fun and giggles not stife and conflict. We take things as they come and see no point in hiding who we are. Could just say we are down to earth.

We love hosting and meeting new and different types of people. We have surfed once within the UK an can't wait to do it again!

We love watching films with home cooked meals. Going out to the local pub/restaurant. We both enjoy riding our bikes and generaly keeping fit.

We love movies particularly things like Fear & Loathing in las vegas, Casino, Natural born killers, Napolian Dynamite and many many more.

We both are what you would call metal heads. We listen to Metallica, Pantera, Tool, Frank Zappa, Aerosmith, Incubus, Cold, Crash Test Dummies, Perfect Circle, Alice in Chains, Faith no more ......

We are very open to different types of music such as jazz (Cherry Poppin Daddies, Atomic fire balls and Nina Simone ect)

Also indie such as Regina Spektor and Elyisian fields.

Nick particularly enjoys reading Dean Koontz, Terry Pratchett, joke books and any book containing random pointless facts.

Lisa loves reading Sebastian Faulks especially Bird Song, Roots by Alex hayley, One hundered years of solitude and anything relating to people overcoming conflict and war.
