ABOUT ME

Well lets see.... I'm a vegetarian, I enjoy sleeping late (really late) and have a bad habit of staying up all night, doing absolutely nothing (which I am doing right now). I love learning new things and hold on to random facts while forgetting "important" things like my schoolwork. I'm super nerdy , I love fairy tales, folklore, mythology, history, etc.. I talk to inanimate objects, which I'm told rubs off on people so be warned...
I'm terribly afraid of spiders and am constantly tormented by them... constantly

I just want to leave the world a better place then I found it.. or at least not be a part of the downward spiral we seem to be engaged in recently...

I did some CSing while I was bumming around Europe, and once in Brazil, I've hosted a few people in my old apartment in Boulder, CO and in Gongju, Korea.

Interessen

I love to sleep and be lazy. I'm a mass consumer of stories, so I love reading. That also means I spend far too much time watching TV and movies... and youtube.. I used to walk around aimlessly and read/nap by the creek in Boulder, which I'm trying to incorporate into my life here in Nice.

My favorite book is Sun Across the Sky by Eleanor Dark. My other favorites include A Prayer for Owen Meany, Catch-22, A Rumor of War, Untouchables, A Venetian Affair, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, The Book Thief, The Light and the Dark, Bastard out of Carolina, Titus Andronicus, A Midsummer Night's Dream, "The Yellow Wallpaper", Life of Pi, "In the Penal Colony", "The Judgement", and "The Sandman". I've got a never ending, and ever growing list of books I want to read.

I've flipped through the pages of an original 1857 edition of the Grimm's tales and a play from one of Shakespeare's original manuscripts in the CU library
I went hang-gliding in Brazil and zip-lining in Costa Rica, watched an leopard attack and kill and impala in South Africa, a monkey bit my skirt in India and I firmly scolded it (to no avail), ran barefoot around a completely flooded San Marco Square, walked around a 10th century fortified monastery,
