Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed with some incredible people, gone to some lovely parties and been inspired by passionate, energetic and sparkly folk who I would never have met otherwise.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music, and across most genres! Palace is my new favourite band (even though they've been around a long time)... Sigur Ross and explosions in the sky have been a great soundtrack to my recent life, but I also love fugazi and the shins and blackalicious and have recently discovered opera...
Favourite writer is Kurt Vonnegut, but I've just finished Dostoyevsky's Crime and Punishment and, may I say, the man is a genius.
Film - anything by Lars Von Trier, Stanley Kubrick, Orson Welles, Coen Brothers. Harmony Korine anyone?!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seen Lenin (if that's really Lenin...). Shovelled snow. Eaten sacher torte (with cream). Read Kurt Vonnegut.
