About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To get a bit older before life slows down...

ABOUT ME

I'm a 23 year old student at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg. Last year was my "year off", which I spent partly in Linköping, learning German, and partly in Düsseldorf, where I got some work experience by making an internship for half a year. My field of study is industrial design.

Since I left home I've moved to new cities three times and each time it has been equally exciting. I really love the feeling of not knowing how my life would be from now on, so exciting! This has given me an open personality, and I love to get to know new people. Of course I try to stay in touch with friends as I move along.

Now I'm back in Gothenburg, studying hard again and keeping my couch available for couch surfers...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I have the possibility, I would love to share my couch with travelers from around the world. I also think couch surfing is a great way of getting to know a place before you go there (by mailing with people who live there), even if you not intend to surf, but just want to have a beer when you get there.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Practically none. I have lived with friends who have been couch surfing, and have accompanied them to a few couch surfing "rendevouz" though, and that was nice;-)

Interests

I'm a creative person, so I like almost every form om crafting, for example knitting. People outside Sweden usually have a hard time getting that young people knit, but in Sweden this is a big trend.

To stay in shape I practice another swedish phenomenon, floorball. For those of you who have never heard of it it's almost like ice hockey, but without ice and skates and played with a plastic stick and a light plastic ball with 23 holes in it. Super fun!

And, of course, like everybody else, I love to just hang out with friends, watching television, drinking tea or just whatever...

Music, Movies, and Books

I ususally listen to all the music people would pay not to have to listen to. Somebody has to do that, too.
