ABOUT ME

I'm a 31 year old Australian living in Leipzig, Germany since January 2017. Before that I studied in France and lived in my home town, Armidale, NSW. I should speak more German than I do, hopefully I'll get there. I got married in January 2018 and my husband is currently job hunting so not sure where the next home will be. I love meeting new people and learning new things.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a Christian so I guess I'd like to live something like Jesus did!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've got great respect for the CS idea. I have met plenty of fellow couchsurfers, surfed with some and meet for a drink with others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had a few though none recently. I surfed while I was living in Europe in 2007 and 20011 and then hosted some people while at home in Armidale. My most treasured experience was meeting a french girl and her boyfriend who live near Paris. I spent a weekend with them there and then they lived with my parents for a month in Australia while I was in France. I have since been to stay for weeks with her parents and we have given each other hopefully lifelong friends! Magnifique!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Experienced the grace of Christ, travelling, meeting people, punishing triathlons, fruit picking with great friends and random people in Australia. So many small things have been amazing too.
