HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I met a Japanese guy once while riding my bike in LA. Turns out he was just starting out on a bike ride across the US. He was looking for a cheap motel and I was like, "why don't you just stay with me", which he did. Yuto, was a swell guy who honored me by eating all of the giant breakfast I got for him to get him started on his adventure and made me a swell paper crane. Though we did not meet on this site I think that is the spirit of couch surfing should be.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I like people who can show me the individual slices of themselves, in action, in things they like, and the places they think are neat.

Hitch hiking in Mexico, Learned to make traditional hunting bows in NM from Ed Scott (one of the coolest oldtimers ever), Mountain biked in Moab. Climbed a waterfall in Sequoia. Climbed inside a Sequoia tree. Peeing off the Golden Gate Bridge.
Being attacked by a Quati in Brazil.
