ABOUT ME

I finished college last May and since I am now free from the obligations of school for the first time since I was five, it's time for me to do some exploring. I just got back from 4 months in Europe and now I'm heading up to Seattle to be with my boyfriend for a few months. The plan is to travel for a while and then go back to school to get a master's degree in genetic counseling.

兴趣

I like adventure and seeing new places, meeting interesting people, trying new food, etc. I LOVE being outdoors and hiking up mountains. I love looking at the stars (which are very impressive in Arizona) because they make me feel like I'm small and insignificant but at the same time hopeful and ambitious.

I like books best... some of the ones I've read recently: My Sister's Keeper, Skinny Legs and All, Complications, Angela's Ashes, the last Harry Potter book, and Cosmos
Some of my all-time favorites: Catcher in the Rye, Even Cowgirls Get the Blues, To Kill a Mockingbird, Gone with the Wind
As for music, I like a lot of the older rock like Nirvana, Bush, Collective Soul, Smashing Pumpkins as well as lots of other things like the Buena Vista Social Club, Pachelbel's Canon, Flogging Molly, and of course, the Beatles.
Fave movies: Frida, The Princess Bride, Fight Club
